Can be tied 2-3 times. You can double this over on a pony. It can create interesting odd shapes. 

Odd - Tighter elastic band version : 15x15cm
You can plop this over a bun. It can create flower-like shapes.  

Odd - Mini version : 11x11cm
Double-Triple this over on a pony or can do over a bun.
